We don’t offer cancellations after an order is confirmed.

If your saree arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily assist you with an exchange. Please record a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We don’t accept returns due to dislike, change of mind, or slight colour differences that may occur due to screen/display variations.

Handwoven and handcrafted sarees may have minor irregularities in the weave, texture, colour, or finish. These natural variations are a part of the product and are not considered defects.

Returns or exchanges due to personal preference, change of mind, or expectations are not accepted.
